Investigating the use of the command like to upload multiple files into Globus

A number of users have requested the possibility to use the command line to upload multiple files into Globus at the same time (w/o sumstats having to go through personal desktops GUIs). Please see email thread "Requesting sumstats for Folkersen, 2020" as an example.

multiple files are transferred if you transfer a folder of files. This can be done with the globus CLI or globus APIs
