Metadata validation - coordinate system

From our submission guidelines, 'coordinate system' in the submission template should be mandatory: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/submission-summary-statistics-plus-metadata

I tested this in the dev instance of submission app and it passed validation with an empty cell: https://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/deposition/submission/64fecd62dd0dc60001b4f0d8

Please check if this field is mandatory in the validation schema.

I think we can be sure this is not being validated, due to the number of submissions without it, so needs fixing.
