Enable sort by trait in search UI tables

A user requested that we enable sort by trait in the search UI tables, to make the data easier to scan by eye. This should be enabled for both reported trait and EFO trait, but could be limited to just one if one of them is much easier to implement than the other. The sort should be strictly alphabetical.
