Depocuration EFO page should be searchable by short form and URI

The depocuration EFO page (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/depo-curation/efo-traits) is currently searchable only by Trait name.

As a curator, I want to also be able to search this table by short form and URI, so that I can easily check if an existing EFO is in the database, even when I don't have easy access to the name of a trait.

The search should also provide partial matches as well as full matches, so that for example I can search "MONDO" to see terms that have a URI containing that string (i.e. all terms that have been imported from MONDO into EFO and are being used in the GWAS Catalog).
