With the creation of the new term 'Neurodevelopmental disorder' (EFO:0010642), we need to review neurodevelopmental disorders in EFO. Note: Check with Mondo why they do not have this grouping class.

developmental disability (EFO_0003852) should be a parent of neurodevelopmental disorders. see #610

Mondo just released MONDO:0700092 neurodevelopmental disorder. Will be useful in reviewing the EFO branch.
