• Hi @Santhi1901 😊. The requested terms were made available in the latest OBA release v2025-08-20 and will be available in the next EFO release in September.

• I relied primarily on the Uniprot (Protein Ontology) terms provided by the author with the exception of obsoleted or non-human protein entities.

• The new OBA terms are available in this spreadsheet:

1. Sheet 1 lists singular OBA terms per GWAS term request.
2. Sheet 2 lists multiple OBA terms per GWAS term request (multiple protein entities provided by author).
3. Sheet 3 lists singular OBA terms assigned to multiple GWAS term requests (as provided by author).
4. Sheet 4 lists other terms (terms not created and justification, suggestions for replacement terms and terms created with updated PRO terms).
