Update to definition for EFO_0004307

The definition for EFO_0004307 glucose tolerance test seems to only describe the test itself rather than the measurement made by the test, even though it's in the measurement branch, and some collaborators of ours are reluctant to use it for that reason.

Could the definition be updated to reflect quantification of glucose tolerance, for example

Quantification of the ability of an individual to maintain homeostasis of blood glucose, via a test procedure including measuring blood glucose levels in a fasting state, and at prescribed intervals before and after oral glucose intake (75 or 100 g) or intravenous infusion (0.5 g/kg).
