Review EFO_0005761 branch

Lupus nephritis (EFO_0005761) is defined as glomerulonephritis always in the context of systemic lupus erythematosus (EFO_0002690). This dependency is not captured in the ontology, since LP is not defined as a child of SLE.

Could you please review this term to evaluate whether having SLE as a descendant of SLE is a more proper definition?

To provide a bit more context, Voclosporin is a drug targeting PPP3CA that has been recently approved for Lupus Nephritis. We were doing the exercise of retrieving how well this new indication is backed by genetic evidence. For that, the ontology is propagated to also search for evidence among the parents of lupus nephritis. By having LP being a descendant of SLE, we will be capturing the genetic evidence between SLE and PPP3CA.
