Ontology search result ordering issues

When searching in the list of ontologies, an exact match for an ontology name or short name should be the top hit. I'm pretty sure this used to be the case, but no longer is

e.g. Uberon is the third hit here:

GO is the fifth hit here:

And its not even on the first page here:
