Debranded mode: Add "powered by EBI"

After the awesome work you did on getting OLS and OxO pretty slick in containers, I am now missing some kind of EBI branding in the debranded views. Can I get a simple footer "powered by EBI" with link to the OLS page from the debranded UIs?

I think this should probably not be too hard, but is really important for PR reasons. Should I make a respective ticket in OxO or does this count for both?

Great! Tested. Two suggestions:

1. We should use the EBI logo here (in small). I think powered by should be more prominent!
2. The link to EBI is broken! Clicking on EMBL-EBI leads you to a not found page (Probably because of missing protocal or something).
