EA: Fix logic for signal processing on TFM=4

When TFM is set to 4, some SOFM filters are ignored (e.g. 1). Filter is ignoring opening multiple trades in the same strategy's candle as no trades has been opened yet till signals are processed. This can be tested using Rider strategy (with TFM=4).
