Ensure that we have information about ADIOS in docs

The docs currently contain a lot of information on how to use Scorpio with PnetCDF and NetCDF. However we have limited information in the docs (although we have these information in E3SM confluence etc) on how to use ADIOS.

  • Add more documentation about configuring Scorpio with ADIOS
  • Fix any current documentation to incorporate ADIOS as a supported I/O library.
  • Add use cases on machines were we already test ADIOS (and have ADIOS installed)
