  • update mach config for Livermore Computing (maint-2.1) according to scream repo
  • have to remove --append in config_machines.xml for these two branches
  • the changes for maint-2.1 and maint-2.0 are the same

./create_test SMS.f19_g16.S and a WCYCL20TR test have passed build
