Layout issue with both sidebars

This bug occurs in the Modern web interface.

This is caused by a hardcoded top value (see 7969eceafcef2f0dc9ed602dc105f3f4de4ece63), currently set to 80px while the header height is almost 96px (it is a fraction because a vm value is used for the top and bottom margin of @header__wrapper, making it variable.
