Vertical scroll bar disappears after reload

For example when you delete an autotimer.

After this happens, you need to close and reload the webif, as every screen is now missing the option to scroll vertically (from boxinfo to timers).

Problem is that after reload of the content, the body tag has the class stop-scrolling assigned.
