Not able to receive any message

I've been trying to send a message from the Arduino to the RPi without success. The RPi seems to never receive anything. I'm using the following material:

• Arduino Nano: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32341832857.html
• Emitter/receiver : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01H2D2RH6/
• Raspberry pi 3B+

I tried with several bps for the emitter as well and nothing works... Do you have any idea?
