minor UI: import/export arrows reversed

The arrow for Import is pointing down and Export is pointing up which is backwards from convention. The Import would be importing into cloud i.e. "uploading" and therefore the arrow should be pointing up. Exporting would be downloading from the cloud therefore the arrow should be pointing down.
