Is it possible to Support MediaFire Links? Media Fire has the Problem that it only has temporary links so it would be nice if this plugin can convert mediafire links to the direct download links on the fly.

I found that this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29314235/download-a-file-from-mediafire-with-java Could make it possible. I am not good in Java/Forge coding. So is anyone able to implement this for supporting Mediafire?

Well... I will take a look if I am able to do this. Maybe it will become part in the 1.8.9-update, too ^^

Tested the Link-resolver. I can't confirm, that it works. Anyway, it's better to use direct links from GitHub or Curse...

My problem is that I want to add this function to an mod (the referenced one) that is uploaded from the owner to mediafire :/ and I did not test the downloader. I only searched a little bit on google.

if you want direct download link you can try my own direct download module pip install Direct-Download more info here

@CYCNO This repo is very outdated and I don't think there will be any progress on this. Also, this is a Minecraft mod written in Java and your tool is written in Python
