set publisher and uninstall names for msi install

On uninstall the sudo popup on win10 says:

"Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?"
C:\Windows\Installer\338c39a.msi
Publisher: Unknown

On install it has the installation package msi name.

Hopefully there's a way to set the publisher through WIX and make this look more professional.
