Add the wish list instructions to the Dynamo menu bar

What improvement/feature would you like to see in Dynamo?

I think many users are not comfortable with the wish list on GitHub. At least in my company the users have no GitHub account or have no idea how to use it to create a wish list item. Maybe it would be useful to reduce the barrier somehow to create wish list items or improvement suggestion?

How would you see this improvement/feature working?

A first step would be maybe a link in the Dynamo Help menu to the instructions how to create a wish list item
