Dynamo Player Crashing

Dear All, we have a problem in running Dynamo player in all of our office computers. We use Revit 2017.2 and the 1.3 Dynamo release. Find below our Pc characteristics; RAM 32 GB Processor Intel Xeon CPU E5-1650 v4 3.60 GHz Graphic Card Quadro M2000 or GeForce GTX 1060.

The Player crashes immediately after starting. We open a Revit project, then, under Manage, we click on Dynamo Player Icon. The player dashboard open and immediately close. It happens every time we try to open it. On the contrary Dynamo correctly works.

@flavioalessandri we need some more details. Does DynamoPlayer works corectly with the default version of Dynamo that comes with 2017 R2 ? Can you send us the log file that is created here after a crash ? C:\Users---yourusername---\AppData\Roaming\Dynamo\Dynamo Core\1.3\Logs

Can you give us more details about the crash ? Can you still use Revit and Dynamo at all after the dashboard closes ?

The problem is only in dynamo player; Dynamo itself works properly
