What did you do?

Install IronPython 2 and Ironpython 3 package

What did you expect to see?

No errors or notifications within Dynamo

What did you see instead?

11 warning notifications with File Load Exceptions, every time I open Dynamo within the same Revit session, issues are accumulating. Therefore instead of 11, the second time open I see 22 and the third time 33 and so on. Most issue seems to be releated to the library Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstraction or Microsoft.Extensions.Primitives

What packages or external references (if any) were used?

IronPython 2 and Ironpython 3 package

IronPython2.7 ->3.0.0 IronPython3.0 ->1.5 Attach you a video where you can see how the fileloadexception increases from 12 to 24 to 36 and so on...
