Got Error message "System.NullReferenceException:Object reference not set to an instance of an objecct"

Dynamo Sandbox 2.19.6394

Operating system

Windows 10

What did you do?

Just open the Dynamo Sandbox and then see a big error message box at the background

hi @JinminLi0430 This is unfortunate but thank you for reporting. Since your error crash stack is DirectX related, I would suggest you go over this step on our wiki first: https://github.com/DynamoDS/Dynamo/wiki/How-to-Utilize-Dynamo-Builds#installing-directx. And then launch sandbox again to see if it improves.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I've followed the link and check if DirectX installed and I can see it has been installed in my pc. Not sure what part is missing.
