GIF speed not right in devices with ProMotion refresh rates

Note: if these are not the latest versions of each I recommend updating as extra effort will not be taken to be backwards compatible, and updating might resolving your issue.

This would be fixed by merging https://github.com/DylanVann/react-native-fast-image/pull/842 or bumping SDWebImage to the latest @DylanVann

Any update? This is blocking one of my projects from using FastImage.
