Bug: RIDE detaches from the interpreter and does not relay the output; however it still relays input and thinks that the interpreter crashed upon )off.

Very common issue, surfaces primarily when using the tracer or various uncommon keyboard navigation (e.g. shift+home). No reproduction instructions, haven't nailed them yet. Below 3 screenshots of a single session with RIDE crashing.
