Shared trakt authorization from default account persists after re-auth

Because of the addon automatically authenticating trakt in fen, tmdbhelper as well as the trakt addon my continue watching is filled with shows and movies i have never watched. I authenticated myself with my own trakt account in fen, tmdb, and trakt but after clearing the app cache and restarting kodi the wrong results are still showing up. Im using a firestick
