Latest successful RAMDisk command on Sequoia

I just succesfully used this command to mount a temp RAMDisk om MacOS Seqouia 15.3.2

diskutil erasevolume HFS+ "RAMDisk" hdiutil attach -nomount ram://20971520&& touch /Volumes/RAMDisk/.metadata_never_index

The last touch command tells Spotlight not to index the data for search.
