Desktop grid can have un-positioned entries

  • New files go below Public after refresh as Blog Posts and Doom don't get saved icon positions
    • Those special icons should be taken into account when positioning new icons
  • Extracting files doesn't update grid entries
  • Delete should also update icon positions so that deleting My PC doesn't move icons up
