Add viewer queue system

added a viewer queue system: a viewer can register and be drawn either in order, randomly or manually.

added filters in chat columns to track events or view queues via a continuous overlay that also manages queues :

added a button on user profiles to add them directly to a queue:

Add a menu for adding and configuring queues :

added a shortcut to access tail configuration:

added an overlay menu dedicated to managing these queues (sorry, I'll leave the image to you :D ) :
