keyboard shortcut to invoke wolf

cause I'm too lazy to move my mouse over to that icon all the way in the right... or for those l33t hacker keyboard masochists who don't even have a mouse

It's pretty simple to add, the only thing to watch out for is to make sure it doesn't interfere with other keyboard shortcuts. Also you have to read up on the "when" param to see when you want the command to be invokable.

You can take a look at the package.json in arepl-vscode to see how I do it for AREPL.
