How to run the project? Instructions unclear.

The hierarchy of running the files is not mentioned properly.

ners = pk.load(open('/home/durgesh-dev/Desktop/Final Year Projects/chatbot/HealthCare_ChatBot/newsave_model','rb'))

What should be the path to this and how is the newsave_model saved in the location where it is pointed to? It would be helpful if I would get a reply and with some direction how and which files to run in what order.

PS: I have installed the necessary libraries and was getting an error while installing the requirements.txt file. Please provide guidance.
