[FEATURE] users should be able to add extra tracks

Description

If the user generates a playlist and the number of tracks isn't up to a 100 or 90, the users can ask to add more tracks.

We can do this by:

• saving the list of tracks generated in local storage
• saving the list of tracks in the playlist
• compare them and find the ones that don't have the same id
• randomly pick extra tracks and add them to the playlist, the number of extra tracks added should be 100 - number of tracks in the playlist
