[DOCS] add how to add new generators

Description

We've had alot of generators now but never added a way to make it easier for contributors to add new generators.

This should include:

• the template for adding the generator name to the navbar
• how to make the tool tip work
• how to make the content work
• where to create the generator folder
• where to call the generator for it to work
• where to call and add the event listener
• how to get the elements to call in the pages folder
• functions that all pages will use depending on if the generator needs a result page or if it does not
