"Error occurred while enabling CommunityBridge v2.6.0.000 (Is it up to date?)"

Was getting errors that I didn't configure my MySQL right, but when I finally set it all up right, it gave me this error to top it off.

How can I resolve this issue? Anyone else having this issue?
