Legacy AMLA still offered in 1.18

Unit already has the Legacy AMLA, but I'm still seeing it offered. Not sure if this is a legit bug or using a 1.16 save in 1.18

I was making some changes to that part of the code because there was a UI element that made it possible to see the unit's legacy. Now it's no longer possible.

Looking at the way how would it handle old save files, it looks like the option to reveal the legacy will keep appearing on all units that have unlocked the legacy before the recent update, but the legacy itself will remain unlocked (taking the advancement will just increase max HP by 3 and max exp by 20%). This wasn't necessary, I didn't think of this.
