Primary Character’s Skills Being Dropped/Not Being Learned

As a new attack is learned from soul feeding level up, ie. fireball, once there are 4 potential attacks on the character's list, characters do not learn new ones, or in the case of transitioning from living to lich, a major attack was forgotten. (Efraim lost his primary magic attack.)
