Drain bonus attack of Souldrainer dagger seems too weak

It's not so bad dagger by itself, it gives +1 attack and + arcane resist, but its "drain" bonus attack seems completely unconvincing with -70% damage. I equipped Predator with his 6-4 with this dagger, and I get drains 1-6 which is absolutely useless, he can't even properly drain anything with 1 damage. Exterminator with 11-4 gets 3-5, at least he can drain 1-2 hp from a strike, but still kinda meh

You can compensate for that using for example and armour with 30% increased damage and a ring with 20% increased damage, so that the damage would be reduced only by 20% (-70% + 30% + 20% = -20%, these percentages are additive). This was intentional from the time I set it to that value.
