This is strange because GHaction runs less tests than on my machine

On my machine I have 1581 and one GH I have 1544. May be GH runs on P10 and I was on P11.

Url parsing should not looks for inline elements

I do not know why but in P11 loading the latest dev branch produces broken tests

May be we can follow the policy that we remove Readme, ReadMe...md files and that if there an index.pillar we pick it rapidly.
