Feature request: add option to mark start date when first episode is watched

I often add the new season's shows to my watching from my web browser so that they're all ready to mark quickly on my phone later, including watching the first episode. (I'm often watching multiple firsts in a row, after all) I want to mark the start date as the current day as soon as the first episode has been marked. I saw there are options to do it when added to watching, but sometimes I add a new show to watching a couple days before I get to watching it.
