Error Code 146

I have sucessfully installed Install PHSP_22.4.2-en_US-macarm64 but when ive tried to Install AEFT_18.0-en_US-osx10-64 on both rosetta and not gives me this error I have check other versions of AEFX and having the same issue my MacOs version is Venture 13.0.1

Same here with Illustrator on Ventura 13.3.1

Got the same 146 on Vertura 13.3.1 and when trying to install Photoshop 2023 (24.4.1).

Figured out that I forgot to remove the existing installed 2023 app under /Applications before running the packaged installer. After removing the app, the installation worked perfectly.

Not sure about the other cases reported in this issue but wondering if it's generally a permission issue about writing to destination folder / lack of cleanup.
