A way for OwlPlug to have a file containing all the plugins you have, so it can just load that up instead of rescanning your plugins every time you open the app. And when you do get a new plugin, add a new plugin scan module so it only scans new plugins, not all of them, skipping the ones it's already scanned, pointing back to the file with names of the plugins you have.

Hello @CoderDJJD , this is exactly what OwlPlug is doing with the incremental plugin scan introduced as #302 in version 1.31.0.

When you click on Scan, it will rescan only new plugins by default. You must use the Full Scan dropdown to rescan everything.
