CLAP Plugins Support

Add support for CLAP plugins.

The feature can be imlemented once CLAP hosting is officially supported in JUCE. An exension free-audio/clap-juce-extensions is maintained by community but it does not provide host capabilities.

CLAP Support is scheduled in JUCE 9 : https://juce.com/blog/juce-roadmap-update-q3-2024/

No information in the roadmap if host capabilities will be supported.
