What is/are your question(s)?
The launcher has a feature to lock apps. Enabling this means a biometric unlock request is issued to the user when trying to launch the app. However, the user can also tap on unlock and aunch the app without any biometric verification. Either I misunderstand the purpose of the lock or this is a bug. The only way to require a biometric verification to launch specific apps seems to also hide the app and lock the settings.
I understand that this feature is just cosmetic anyways because all apps can still be launched from the Android Settings.
