[Enhancement] Add shortcut to/Show system apps

Feature description

I would love to be able to add shortcuts to system apps. I am using the Onyx Boox Go 10.3 and the default Notes app does not appear on the app list, therefore I cannot launch it using mLauncher.

Additional information

This is the best launcher I found (after trying 20 others) for my e-ink device. Kudos to the developer!

Can't seem to find any issues to why this app can't display maybe if you can give me the name of the app I can look into it more but I'm gonna close this for now.
