Add the metadata folder to Weblate

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No. It would just be nice if the app description (for F-Droid) was translated.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the metadata folder to Weblate so that its contents can be translated.

Describe alternatives you've considered Maybe creating a PR with a translated description of the app.

I have tried navigating around in Weblate, its so confusing. Can you guide me on how to add these?

I think the metadata folder needs to be added as a separate component. I've seen this in Fossify, NewPipe and some other projects. I don't know anything else :/

Btw, could you add the app category names to Weblate? I see that they are translated on the F-Droid website and app, but not in Droid-ify.

I do not handle categories, and translations are provided by the repo's, which will be added with index v2 support

And actually no updates yet, I was not able to ask due to time constraints
