Skip button allows skipping to the next available repo (killing the sync process of the current one).

Instead of adding the skip button, i would recommend to automatically go to the next available repo and report the error without stopping the sync itself.

What if a problem in rule doesn't active the bypass? I think both ideas are necessary and complementary.
