Update applications that have updates found in the last synchronization cycle but for some reason were not updated

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes droid-ify will update repos, but will not install updates, and on next sync it will not install updates found on previous sync cycle.

Describe the solution you'd like Applications should update when there are updates found in the last synchronization cycle, but for some reason they are not installed.

Describe alternatives you've considered Updating apps manually, or waiting for new versions to arrive.
