[BUG] Cannot disable Material You color scheme after enabling

Describe the bug After enabling the Material You color scheme, I am unable to go back to using the app's own default color scheme. Clicking on the toggle it animates towards the "off" position, then immediately back to the "on" position.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings -> Material You, and toggle it on (to the right).
  2. Click on the same toggle again to turn it off.
  3. The toggle instantaneously goes back to the "on" state.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Pixel 7 Pro
  • OS: Stock Android 14
  • Version: 0.6.3

Additional context It doesn't seem to matter what the "theme" is set to. I've tried force closing the app, deleting its cache, and restarting the phone.
