Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No,but I find it challenging to track applications efficiently, especially when it comes to organizing them by date

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a feature that allows me to track applications per date at the "Explore" menu, providing a clear and organized view of my application history and facilities the user experience.

How would we track application by date? You mean just sort them by date- That we already do. Or you want us to show last update date of an application?
