Not compatible with Chrome Saved Tab groups

OS: Linux Mint (Ubuntu 22.04) Browser: Chrome Version 123.0.6312.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

When I use the new-ish Chrome 'Save group' feature in Tab groups, the extension stops working for tabs in saved groups. The icon still changes, but the URL is not modified and the page does not refresh. Going to the Extension Manager and enabling 'Collect errors' I see this message:

Unchecked runtime.lastError: Saved groups are not editable.

If I open a new tab, outside any saved Tab group, the extension works normally.

Great plugin - use it all day, every day (will just have to stop saving my Tab groups for the moment :cry:)

I am seeing the same problem on Brave and macOS.
